Elizabeth Serrano y Tan – Large Scale Illegal Recruitment

 

      On 04 July 2012, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by RTC Branch 21 of Pagadian City for Large Scale Illegal Recruitment (No Bail Recommended), operatives of NBI-Pagadian District Office arrested the Subject ELIZABETH SERRANO y TAN.
         

          Subject SERRANO, in connivance with three other individuals, illegally recruited several complainants in Pagadian City.  These complainants were promised work abroad specifically in Singapore, but were never hired as promised.  Some complainants managed to be deployed to Singapore however were not hired thereat, instead were sent back to the Philippines.  This case was investigated and filed by NBI Pagadian Office last November 2011.
