Executive Summary

BOON SIN GOH (SINGAPOREAN) & SOLMAE ESPINOSA
for having violated RA 9208 in relation to RA 7610

            Acting on a tip, NBI-Region X (NEMRO) Agents shadowed a foreigner driving a black sports utility vehicle (YGM-890).  Said foreigner then disembarked from his vehicle and entered room 303 of De Oro Inn Hotel.  Discreet casing of the hotel room began in the early evening of May 10, 2012 until dawn of May 11, 2012; wherein, in our operatives observed a known local pimp “Spyra” exited the same room and afterwards, “Maria” (later discovered to be a minor) also exited from room 303.  It was at this time our operatives entered the room and apprehended the foreigner, who was identified as BOON SIN GOH, a Singaporean.  At present, documents and other pieces of evidence are being prepared to charge both subjects before the City Prosecutor’s Office for violating RA 9208 in relation to RA 7610.
